Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your PedL account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or replacement.
